“Are the products sold by Weeb World officially licensed?”

  • Yes!!! All products are officially licensed and legal to sell in the U.S. There are countless unlicensed products being sold but we can assure you we partner with the brands you know and love to make sure your merch is 100% officially licensed and legit. 

“What forms of payment do you accept?”

  • We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.

“How long will it take to get my order?

  • Allow 1 to 2 business days for orders to process, and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

“Do you sell/ship to international customers?

  • Unfortunately, we can only ship to the U.S.

“Will I get tracking information on my order?”

  • Yes!! After we receive your order and it's picked, packed, and shipped. You will receive tracking information the same day!

“My order shipped but I never got my package…”

  • Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to UPS to locate your item. If it’s still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim with UPS and provide us with the case number and we’ll make sure you get what you need!

“My address is incorrect; can I change it?”

  • Once an order ships, we will be unable to change the address so please make sure all your information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, reach out to us as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

“I accidentally ordered the wrong item; can you change it for me?”

  • Unfortunately, we can't make changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the items in your cart before checking out! If an item change is still needed, follow our return policy so we can get you an exchange or refund.
